The vice is mounted on an adjustable bed with a quick-release clamp. Blade guides are equipped with carbide inserts and rolling bearing systems. It is the CARBIDE BLADE GUIDES that ensure cutting precision and straightness. The upper part of the base is shaped to form a tray for collecting coolant and chips generated during the cutting process. To the base, a sturdy cast iron work table with a swiveling arm is mounted, along with a control panel on a separate arm.
