- MEBA automatic bandsaw in proven twin-column linear design and integrated MEBA gripper feed system, feed range 5 – 2300 mm per stroke

Fully automatic operation at any angle setting 30° – 135°, length and quantity. User-friendly program creation and management of up to 255 programs.
Operators enter the sawing task into the display mask using a cutting diagram. Input errors are minimized, ensuring simple and reliable creation of production jobs by different operators.
- MEBA High-Performance Package:
Saw feed via servo-controlled ball screw drive with automatic cutting pressure and feed monitoring. This ensures optimal conditions for every sawing task, i.e. constant pressure for solid materials and constant feed for thin-walled profiles.
- Fast and precise material length feed via rack and pinion and AC drive with max. stroke length of 2300 mm, with integrated roller conveyor up to 3000 mm.
- Both sides of the gripper feed vices can be opened.
Ribbed strips for heavy material transport.
- Saw frame made of heavy-duty, vibration-damping steel welded construction.
- Saw band inclined 3° to material support surface for maximum cutting performance and blade life when sawing structural steel profiles.
- Combination saw band guide, precision bearings to protect the saw band in the return section.

- Miter rotation point (zero point) is the intersection between saw band and fixed vice—no change in length dimension when changing the miter angle. Automatic compensation of kerf width at every angle position.
- NC angle programming. Control panel is stand-alone (standard for these machines).
- Patented double miter vice system (ERP No.). Automatic positioning of vices: The material clamping vice automatically travels along the cutting direction according to the desired miter, ensuring the material is always squared and clamped close to the saw band. Clamping via full-stroke cylinders.
- Rapid approach lowering of the saw frame via automatic height control bar until just before the material. In series cutting, the saw frame moves just above the material, allowing fast positioning of the next section—optimal cycle times in single and series cutting.
- AC frequency-controlled saw band drive, infinitely variable 15 – 150 m/min.
- Backlash-free preloaded, low-maintenance linear recirculating ball guides on material feed and saw frame feed for smooth, jerk-free operation.
