The workpiece can be fed manually or using an automatic feeder. Downfeed during cutting is gravity-based, utilizing oil flow control in the hydraulic cylinder. The operator starts the machine by pressing the start button and sets the cutting speed. Upon completion of the cycle, the machine automatically stops and the operator raises the arm to the starting position. The saw arm is made from a robust, single-piece grey cast iron casting. Combined with a 27 mm wide saw blade, it enables high-volume cutting of structural, stainless, and tool steels. The vise is mounted on an adjustable bed and fitted with a quick-release clamping system. The blade guides feature rolling bearings and carbide inserts, ensuring excellent cutting precision and straightness. This significantly improves blade guidance, longevity, accuracy, and cut quality, while the carbide guides greatly reduce wear on both the machine and the blade. The base is constructed as a rigid, welded steel body housing a separate coolant tank with an electric pump. The upper part of the base forms a tray for coolant drainage and chip collection during the cutting process. The base supports a cast iron worktable with a double-swivel arm and a control panel. The material can be fed manually or with any mechanical feeder, with automatic tool feed. Saw blade guides are equipped with dedicated carbide inserts and bearings, ensuring excellent blade tracking, durability, straightness, accuracy, and cutting quality. The machine arm is made from profiled CAST IRON. The control panel is located next to the arm. The drive from the electric motor is transmitted to the band wheel via a motor with a worm gearbox. The cutting band is tensioned on two cast iron wheels with a manual tensioner and guided by an adjustable rolling and linear carbide guide set.
