Powerful, large metal bandsaw with a swiveling arm, enabling cuts both perpendicular to the axis of the workpiece and at any angle from -45° left to 60° right. This bandsaw is ideal for cutting pipes, profiles, and solid materials.

Product Features

Material can be fed manually or with any mechanical device, while the blade feed is automatic. The appropriate cutting speed (blade feed rate) is set via the control panel.

The arm is a rigid structure made of profiled cast iron. Drive is transmitted from the electric motor to the blade drive wheel by a maintenance-free worm gear motor. The saw blade is tensioned between two cast iron wheels using a manual tensioner and guided in adjustable carbide roller and sliding guides.

The base is a rigid housing welded from steel plates. Inside, there is a separate coolant tank with an electric pump. The upper part of the base is shaped as a tray to collect coolant and chips generated during the cutting process. The worktable, with a swiveling arm adjustable from -45° to +60°, is attached to the cast iron construction base.

The control panel is mounted on a separate arm. During cutting, the main cutting motion is the movement of the bandsaw blade. The arm's downward speed (cutting speed) is adjusted by a hydraulic cylinder. The feed rate can be set from the saw's control panel.

Two blade speeds are available: 36 and 72 m/min. At the bottom position of the arm (after cutting is completed), the blade drive is automatically switched off. Safety is assured by blade covers and micro-switches that stop the motor after the cutting cycle or if any cover is opened. Additional protection consists of automatic shutdown if the blade breaks.
