The extremely solid saw frame made of cast iron ensures the necessary stability for impressive cutting results, while the powerful cast iron columns, along which the saw frame glides on pre-tensioned linear guides, guarantee the highest cutting precision, even under maximum load.

The modern machine control unit (MEP NC 5.0) offers maximum user convenience and ensures trouble-free operation (monitoring/evaluation/correction in real-time).

> The two operating modes (semi-automatic and automatic) enable efficient cutting under any conditions.
> The control system allows storage of up to 100 cutting programs, each with different quantities and lengths, minimizing programming time for frequently repeated jobs.
> The automatically detected start position of the saw head reduces setup time.
> The saw head feed, via linear guides driven by hydraulic cylinders with pre-tensioned ball bushings, reduces mechanical vibrations during cutting and provides increased stability.
> The automatic alignment of the front saw blade guide head, based on the dimensions of the bars to be cut, reduces processing time.
> Saw blade tension is effected by the brushless motor and constantly monitored and automatically maintained at the set minimum value.
