New, innovative DCS system with 5 pre-set cutting speeds for the most common materials. Additionally, the band speed can be manually and continuously adjusted. A load indicator signals motor load to minimize motor damage, potential saw band breakage, and cutting deviations due to excessive pressure. The reverse rotation direction of the saw band (NG system) allows for up to 40% faster cuts compared to traditional machines. The patented slip clutch prevents the saw band from over-tensioning. A cutting line laser makes it easier to clamp the material with precision. Despite a large cutting area of 110x85 mm, the machine is very lightweight at just 17 kg. The saw frame and base plate are made of die-cast aluminum, ensuring significant weight reduction. The vice is integrated into the cast base plate for maximum precision. A mitre adjustment from 0 – 45° and adjustable band guides enable a wide range of applications and accurate cuts.
