Maschinenbeschreibung Die CORMAK BS 128HDRC Bandsäge für Metall bietet einen optimalen Schnittbereich und ist speziell für professionelle Anwender konzipiert. Sie zeichnet sich durch Effizienz und eine besonders einfache Handhabung aus. Das beidseitige Schwenken des Sägebügels ist ein großer Vorteil beim Gehrungsschneiden. Trotz kompakter Abmessungen sorgt das hohe Eigengewicht (103 kg) für einen sehr stabilen und vibrationsfreien Betrieb auch beim Schneiden größerer Werkstücke. Das Material kann sowohl manuell als auch automatisch zugeführt werden. Der Sägevorschub erfolgt gravitationsbasiert über einen zwei-Kammer-Hydraulikzylinder mit Ölstrom. Die Steuerung des Sägebügel-Absenkens wird durch ein Ventil geregelt, das den Ölfluss zwischen den Zylindern kontrolliert. Ein gerader Schnitt wird durch ein Lagersystem zur Bandführung gewährleistet. Die Maschinen sind standardmäßig mit einem Endschalter sowie einem nach IP54 zertifizierten EIN/AUS-Schalter ausgestattet. Der schwenkbare Sägebügel ermöglicht das doppelseitige Gehrungsschneiden im Bereich von -45° bis +60°.
