Our tests have shown that, with proper arrangement of the components, the air temperature consistency in our gravity ovens does not exceed ± 5°C! This outstanding result is attributable to our heating element assembly technology. Rapid Heating The SPARK series gravity ovens feature specially designed heaters that release heat quickly, ensuring rapid warm-up of our ovens. Fast heating rates are further enhanced by premium-grade seals and insulation. The specially profiled, asbestos-free seal is safe for the user. By optimizing the insulation and eliminating contact between the oven chamber and housing, heat loss is minimized, resulting in significant energy savings. Depending on the model, our ovens can heat up to 8°C per minute. Transport System SPARK series ovens are equipped as standard with two floor transport trolleys. In response to market demand for cost-effective solutions, we have developed a manual floor conveyor system that enables easy transport of large items with minimal effort. Our system allows optimal utilization of the oven’s entire floor area while ensuring high cleanliness of coated workpieces. Thanks to the use of two trolleys, the trolley moving in the workshop does not contaminate the inside of the oven. The upper trolley is used to enter the oven itself. Using only one trolley would carry contaminants from the floor into the oven chamber; our dual-trolley system eliminates this issue.

The cabin control system is intuitive and available with three operating modes: automatic (intermittent), automatic (via plug-in filter cartridge), or manual. Blodpfxefzktzs Admor Filter Cartridge Sensor The cabins are fitted with a sensor that collects the filters for cleaning when they become clogged. The system also notifies when filters need to be replaced. Automatic Filter Cleaning The electronic automatic filter cleaning system controls both the cleaning frequency and burn-off timing. Each filter is cleaned individually; filters can also be cleaned manually using compressed air. From experience, we know it is difficult to rely on the operator to clean the filters. Thanks to this system, the operator no longer needs to intervene. Low Noise Level Aluminum fans operate very quietly at a noise level of 74–79 dB, which is not excessive. Even with the standard cabin design, it is difficult to conduct a conversation near the fans. Squirrel-Cage Blower Cabins fitted with overhanging squirrel-cage blowers improve operational efficiency and free painters from having to move units manually. Design can be reserved in advance. Explosion Protection The remaining cabins are designed to prevent the build-up of explosible mixtures during the painting process. Every component has been carefully selected to minimize this risk.
