ROMER high-pressure cleaners utilize sheet metal panels for chemical protection. The wash walls offer splash protection, and thanks to the closed chemical circulation system, the process can be carried out with minimal chemical usage. Due to the low amount of refrigerant required, the medium is easy to heat and inexpensive to purchase. Additionally, you can clean large-sized components that cannot be washed in immersion tanks.

Filtration System
Thanks to the filtration system, chemicals circulate in a closed loop—three filters of various thicknesses are used to prevent debris and grease from entering the system. Chemicals are stored in heated stainless steel tanks and are pressurized by a pump, delivering them to the lance.

Washing Dimensions
The high-pressure cleaner enables the washing of large components. An optional rotating platform allows the cleaned item to be turned; items can be loaded using a forklift or crane.

High-pressure pumps
The washing system comprises two preparation phases. Both treatments have independent sets of pipelines, pumps, cables, and spray guns to minimize mixing during phase changeover. Drains have dedicated valves for controlling fluid recovery. The car wash is equipped with logical control that manages all components.

Chemicals are pumped by a highly durable, acid-resistant AISI304 multi-stage pump (3 kW, 20 bar). For the rinsing phase, a high-pressure plunger pump with ceramic plungers (3 kW) is used, delivering 160–200 bar of pressure.
