The automatic car wash is equipped with a set of pumps for spraying. It has been designed to ensure that as little liquid as possible is carried over into subsequent processes after washing, thereby saving money and improving wash quality. This is crucial, as the apparent savings obtained in systems that do not employ these solutions can ultimately result in significantly higher costs associated with the disposal of chemicals and waste, which will inevitably be greater. Additionally, attention must be given to maintaining the required bath parameters. Research and development efforts have allowed us to engineer a car wash system with an optional detail drying function, where after washing, hot air is blown by a fan to dry components. The car wash is equipped with an advanced system for creating custom macro programs, which, depending on the number of tanks, can each consist of up to 10 steps. These sequences can be repeated, their order rearranged, and more. Each tank features its own icon and designation, enabling intuitive operation for the user.
