Mit dieser Ausrüstung werden Materialien wie Stroh, Hülsenfrüchte, Heu, Papier, Holz sowie andere Naturstoffe und deren Mischungen verarbeitet und gepresst. Der Hersteller konstruiert das Gerät entsprechend dem jeweils zu verarbeitenden Produkt. Der Feuchtigkeitsgehalt der zu verarbeitenden Rohmaterialien darf maximal 10-12% betragen und keinerlei Fremdstoffe (Metall, Kies, Sand usw.) enthalten. Das Pressen erfolgt ohne Zugabe von Zusatzstoffen oder Bindemitteln, lediglich durch den Pressvorgang, bei dem – abhängig vom Ausgangsmaterial – eine Dichte von über 1 kg/dm³ erreicht werden kann. Das entstehende Endprodukt wird automatisch in die Lagerbehälter abgelegt – es ist kein manuelles Handling erforderlich – und eignet sich für den Dauerbetrieb. Dies wird durch 4 Brikettierpressen (Brikettierdurchmesser 70 mm) und 1 Pelletiermaschine (Pelletdurchmesser 6 mm) ermöglicht, die in einer Halle mit den Maßen 15 x 20 x 6,3 Meter installiert werden können. Die Anlage ist für einen Einsatz von 16 Arbeitsstunden pro Tag konzipiert, mit 2 x 7 Stunden durchgehenden Betrieb innerhalb dieses Zeitraums. Für unterschiedliche Rohmaterialien liefern wir diverse Pressvorrichtungen, die auf Wunsch vor Auslieferung getestet werden – sofern der Kunde Materialmuster stellt. Durch den Austausch der Presswerkzeuge eignet sich die Anlage auch für die Herstellung von Streu, die lose Verpressung von Futtermitteln oder die Erzeugung von Mischungen als Option. Das Material wird ohne Bindemittel oder chemische Zusätze verpresst. Je nach Dichte des Ausgangsmaterials entstehen unterschiedliche Produkte, deren spezifisches Gewicht 1 kg/dm³ überschreiten kann. Die Leistungsfähigkeit der Pelletier- und Brikettiereinheit beträgt auf Basis von Weizenstroh 1,5 t/h. Leistung und Produktqualität werden durch die regelbare Schraubgeschwindigkeit und den einstellbaren Pressdruck – jeweils abgestimmt auf die Qualität des Rohstoffs – bestimmt.
