The machine is constructed with a robust frame. For positioning the saw unit, linear guides and precision carriages are used. Drives are equipped with servomotors. For cutting, the saw unit moves forward 300 mm along the Y-axis and can easily process special profiles, plates, as well as Item and Bosch profiles. The support table consists of movable rollers which are positioned according to the current cutting length. All rollers are also mounted on precision carriages. The saw also includes a sturdy outfeed table where the cut aluminium parts are deposited. (Optionally, cut parts can also be transported away directly via a conveyor belt, including chips.) The machine is available with a cutting length of 6,000 mm, resulting in an overall length of 7,000 mm.
