Aluminum Circular Saw UK 600 HA 90°, Semi-Automatic
The semi-automatic circular saw UK 600 HA 90° is an upcut machine, primarily used for cutting profile materials made of aluminum cast, copper, and hard plastics (solid material is possible to a limited extent). The machine stands out for its simple operation and quick, convenient material changeover. Only 90° cuts are possible with this machine!

The saw feed is actuated automatically at the push of a button, and material clamping is achieved via two pneumatically operated vertical and two horizontal clamping cylinders. As standard, the machine comes equipped with a minimum quantity lubrication system and an air blow gun for machine cleaning! Connections for a chip extraction unit are available. In addition, optional equipment includes a digital mitre angle display, a marking laser, and a pneumatic system for lifting the safety hood.

Operating Sequence
1. Set the cutting angle 2. Insert the material 3. Adjust the lift speed 4. Move the clamping cylinders up to 20 mm close to the material 5. Clamp the material 6. Press the start button to ready the machine 7. Press and hold both SAW buttons to cut material 8. After the cycle, release both SAW buttons and press the STOP button 9. Open the vice and remove or advance the material
