Aluminum Circular Saw UK 800 HA, Semi-Automatic

The semi-automatic circular saw UK 800 HA is an upcut machine, primarily used for cutting profile materials made of cast aluminum, copper, and rigid plastics (to a certain extent, also solid materials). The machine stands out due to its user-friendly operation, quick and convenient material changes, and easy adjustment of mitre angles. The UK 800 HA features a steplessly adjustable mitre range to the left and right up to 20° (swivel range 2 × 70°). Saw feed is automatic at the push of a button, and material clamping is achieved by two pneumatically operated vertical and two horizontal clamping cylinders. Standard equipment includes a minimum quantity lubrication system and an air blow gun for cleaning the machine! Connections for a chip extraction system are provided. Additionally, this machine can optionally be equipped with a digital mitre angle display, a marking laser, and a pneumatic system for lifting the safety guard.

- Minimum quantity lubrication system with 2-liter reservoir
- Air gun for cleaning the machine
- Saw blade diameter 800 mm

Operating Procedure
1. Set the cutting angle 2. Insert the material 3. Adjust lifting speed 4. Bring the clamping cylinders up to 20 mm from the material 5. Clamp the material 6. The machine is ready for operation by pressing the start button. 7. Press and hold both SAW buttons; the material is cut. 8. After the cycle is complete, release both SAW buttons and press the STOP button 9. Open the clamping jaws and remove or reposition the material.
