Product innovation: Saw System Type "ORIX"
This saw system allows for fully automated processing of a wide variety of aluminium profiles. The machine is built on a robust base frame. For the positioning of the saw unit, linear guides and precision carriages are used. The drives are equipped with servo motors. To perform a cut, the saw unit moves 300 mm forward along the Y-axis, enabling it to easily cut special profiles, plates, as well as Item and Bosch profile types. The support table consists of movable rollers, which can be positioned according to the required cutting length. All rollers are also mounted on precision carriages. In addition, the saw is fitted with a sturdy discharge table for depositing the cut aluminium parts. (Optionally, the sawn parts can be conveyed directly away, along with chips, via a conveyor belt.) The machine is available with a cutting length of 6,000 mm, resulting in a total length of 7,000 mm. The saw system is supplied with a suitable 2-channel minimum quantity lubrication system. The plant can also be delivered with either a 400 mm or 600 mm saw blade.

Work process:
Enter the length of the profile into the control unit. The saw unit then moves to the preset length. The operator places the aluminium profile and starts the saw. Using an end-cut detection sensor, the saw determines the initial cut position. The end cut is then performed. After the cut, the saw unit returns, and the saw is then repositioned to the next coordinate entered, cutting the aluminium profile again. These steps are repeated until the profile is fully processed. All cut parts are gently deposited on the discharge table or conveyor belt.
Clamping of the material is performed directly at the saw unit using vertical and horizontal clamps, as is standard for aluminium saws.
After the profile is cut, the saw unit automatically returns to the loading position for the next workpiece. The process can be repeated as often as necessary. Optionally, cross conveyors can be used for automated loading. For safety, fences or a light curtain can be integrated. The control system is available in two variants: 1. Diethei control, 2. Siemens control.
Material sorting into various containers or by lengths is optionally available.
