Aluminium Circular Saw BC 450 HA, Semi-Automatic (MG FRONT-450)

The BC 450 HA is a double mitre saw with a swivel range of 45° to the left and 22.5° to the right, featuring automatic mitre adjustment via stop functions. The saw feed operates automatically and the material is clamped pneumatically. The saw blade (450 x 30 mm) runs horizontally. Additionally, this machine can optionally be equipped with a digital mitre angle display, a laser marking system, and pneumatic lifting for the safety guard!

Working Process
1. Set the cutting angle 2. Insert the material 3. Adjust the feed speed
4. Bring the clamping cylinders up to 20 mm from the material 5. Clamp the material 6. Press the start button to ready the machine 7. Press and hold both SAW buttons to begin cutting 8. Once the cycle is complete, release both SAW buttons and press the STOP button 9. Open the clamp and remove or advance the material
