Aluminum Circular Saw UK 650 HA, Semi-Automatic

The semi-automatic circular saw UK 650 HA is an "upcut" machine, primarily used for cutting profile materials made of aluminum castings, copper, and hard plastics (solid materials to a limited extent). The machine is characterized by its easy operation, quick and convenient material changing, as well as straightforward miter angle adjustment. The UK 650 HA features a continuously adjustable miter range of up to 20° to the left and right (swivel range of 2 x 70°). Saw feed is automatic at the push of a button; material clamping is achieved via two pneumatically operated vertical and horizontal clamping cylinders each. Standard equipment includes a minimum quantity lubrication system and an air spray gun for cleaning the machine. Connections for a chip extraction system are provided. Additionally, this machine can optionally be equipped with a digital miter angle display, a marking laser, and pneumatic lifting for the safety guard.

Operating Procedure
1. Set the cutting angle
2. Place the material
3. Adjust the stroke speed
4. Move the clamping cylinders to within 20 mm of the material
5. Clamp the material
6. Press the Start button; the machine is ready for operation
7. Press and hold both SAW buttons; the material is cut
8. Upon cycle completion, release both SAW buttons and press the STOP button
9. Open the clamping device and remove or advance the material
