A complete beer keg cleaning and filling line from Leifeld + Lemke, now IW-Anlagentechnik, is available. Throughput: approx. 120 kegs/hour. Keg/barrel formats: 20l/30l/50l. Control system: Siemens S7, control upgrade carried out in 2008.

1) External Keg Cleaning Machine Schöttiger + Schäfer KHAH 240, max. cleaning capacity: 240 kegs/hour, operational cleaning capacity: 140 kegs/hour, drive rollers: 2, infeed/outfeed transfer rollers: 1/1.

2) Preliminary Keg Cleaning Machine Leifeld + Lemke KVR 300, year of manufacture: 1988, max. washing capacity: 180 kegs/hour, operational washing capacity: 120 kegs/hour, design: stainless steel, process: centering, residual emptying with air rinsing, mixed-water pre-cleaning, waiting and soaking station, caustic cleaning, and pre-filling.

3) Main Keg Cleaning and Filling Machine Leifeld + Lemke KFR 401, year of manufacture: 1988, filling line capacity: 60 kegs/hour, design: stainless steel, process: centering, internal cleaning station, 2x sterilization stations, filling process preparation, filling station, waiting station.

4) CIP Cleaning Station for kegs, max. cleaning capacity: 180 kegs/hour, cleaning agent tanks: 5, tank volume: 650l each, tank contents: Caustic 1/Caustic 2/Acid/Hot water/Mixed water.

The system also includes the complete pallet conveyor, keg transport system, and a Kuka robot for automated palletizing and depalletizing of kegs. Documentation is available. On-site inspection is possible.
