Motor and hydraulic system
The machine is equipped with a powerful electric motor coupled to a high-pressure hydraulic pump unit. The electric motor continuously drives the hydraulic pump, ensuring a constant supply of pressurized oil throughout the entire system. This hydraulic oil supplies the clamping cylinder, the injection pistons of both units, as well as the ejection system. The thick red hydraulic hoses behind unit B carry this high-pressure oil flow—both units are supplied via independent hydraulic circuits, allowing unit A and unit B to operate simultaneously without mutual interference.

Operating principle
Both independent injection units are arranged at a 90° angle to each other—in an L-shaped configuration. The mould is clamped with a force of 300 tons. Unit A injects the main material into the mould at 1834 bar. Immediately afterwards, unit B injects the second material or colour into the same mould at 1620 bar from a 90° angle. Both materials bond at molecular level inside the mould, cooling is completed, and the ejectors release the finished 2K component. No gluing, screwing, or assembly is required—two materials are combined into a single component in one cycle.
