- A-axis = swiveling/helix adjustment, Z-axis = table movement, X-axis = honing tool infeed, S-axis = honing wheel speed, U-axis = crowning adjustment.
- Equipped with attached automatic device for threading the honing wheel into the tooth gap.
- The tool swivel angle (A-axis) is also electrically positioned, fast and precise, and hydraulically clamped, resulting in reduced set-up times.
- Hydraulic workpiece clamping via footswitch between the workpiece spindle headstock and tailstock, both units movable on the workpiece table depending on the workpiece.
