• Robust whirling/peeling unit with 2 leading and 2 trailing pneumatic steady rests, integrated with prism guides. Manual thread depth adjustment and optical pitch angle setting on the support.
• Powered tool head, normally equipped with 4 tools: 2 roughing tools, 1 flank tool, 1 deburring tool.

• Workpiece speeds and pitch feed are finely adjustable using change gears. Separate rapid traverse for resetting the whirling slide.
• Simple indexing unit for whirling multi-start threads.
• Additional setup for whirling threads longer than the centre distance with intermediate support.
• For correcting lead-screw errors, thermal expansion of the workpiece, or errors during additional setups, the machine is equipped with a compensation device. This enables both an electronically programmed compensation of the lead-screw as well as workpiece-specific linear compensation using a wedge system.
• Motorized tailstock adjustment with automatic stop by contact pressure sensor.
• Comprehensive accessories including cutting tools, toolholders, collets, accessory parts, setting devices, gauges, and operating tools.
• Central lubrication, coolant system, separate control cabinet, operating manuals.
