Enormous storage and transport costs are incurred for these materials on a daily basis. Briquetting presses provide an ideal solution, as briquettes are much easier and more space-efficient to store and transport. Additionally, the risk of spontaneous combustion is significantly reduced. The briquetting presses require little space, are of robust construction, and are equipped with low-maintenance technology. Whether wood, paper, biomass, foam, or polystyrene – the ZBP can briquette any suitable material. Ibodpfxoyr I Hus Acrsc With a throughput capacity of up to 35 – 130 kg/h, they are particularly suitable for small and medium-sized businesses. Versatile installation options thanks to availability in both left- and right-hand designs. So start briquetting now!

Būklė: naujas, Gamybos metai: 2026, * Production time approx. 4–5 months --- Our best-selling briquetting press series Ibsdpfschqxxox Acrjc + Proven, straightforward technology for extremely low failure rates + 25 years of experience, continuous development, and expertise + Several hundred machines in use by satisfied customers + Excellent price-performance ratio The hydraulic briquetting presses of the MPP NEM series are designed for compacting materials such as aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, graphite, and other non-ferrous metals into dimensionally stable cylindrical briquettes. The machines feature a robust construction that ensures consistent briquette quality in continuous operation. The pressing process is performed purely by hydraulic pressure, without the addition of binding agents. Depending on the material, the volume of the feedstock can be reduced by up to 90%. The standard silo has a capacity of approx. 0.5 m³. Silos with larger volumes or special containers for installation beneath existing extraction and filter systems as complete disposal units are also available. Depending on customer requirements, MPP NEM standalone machines can be configured as complete systems. The chip container for the press can be loaded manually, via conveyor belt, using a dust extractor, or with a tilting skip. For systems intended for fully automatic operation, the use of a lift-and-tilt device in combination with a shredder is recommended. The briquetting presses of the MPP NEM series are designed for producing briquettes from homogeneous material. The length of a briquette varies depending on the model from 40 to 75 mm, and the diameter is either 50, 65, or 70 mm, depending on the type. For emulsion recovery, the briquetting press can be equipped with a drip tray to collect and recover coolant, cutting, and lubricating fluids. Non-ferrous metal chips up to approx. 20 mm in length can be loaded into the briquetting press’s storage hopper. A stirrer is installed at the bottom of the hopper to prevent bridging and to feed the material into the pre-compaction chamber. In this chamber, a hydraulic ram pre-compresses the material and pushes it into the press block. The main press cylinder compresses the material against a vertical slider until the set pressing pressure is reached. Then the vertical cylinder rises, and the stable briquette is ejected. Briquetting offers the following advantages: • Volume reduction of up to 90% • Emulsion recovery • Cost savings in storage and transport • Cost-effective disposal • Profitable resale -- Briquetting Press NEM 300 Throughput capacity approx. up to 200 kg per hour *highly material-dependent - Last test with aluminum granulate

Būklė: naujas, Gamybos metai: 2026, * Optional features available at extra cost; see below * Approximate production time: +/- 6 months The hydraulic briquetting presses of the MPP NEM series compress materials such as aluminium, copper, brass, bronze, and other non-ferrous metals into dimensionally stable cylindrical briquettes. These machines are characterised by their robust construction, ensuring consistent briquette quality in continuous operation. The compaction process operates without the addition of binding agents—only hydraulic pressing force is applied. Depending on the material, the volume of the input material can be reduced by up to 90%. The standard silo has a capacity of approx. 0.5 m³. Silos with larger capacities or special containers for installation beneath existing extraction and filtration systems, as part of a complete disposal unit, are also available. Depending on customer requirements, individual MPP NEM machines can be combined into a system. The chip container of the press can be loaded manually, via conveyor belt, by means of an extractor or using a tilting container trolley. For systems requiring fully automatic operation, the use of a lifting and tipping device in combination with a shredder is recommended. The MPP NEM series briquetting presses are designed for the production of briquettes from homogeneous material. The length of a briquette is, depending on the model, 40 to 80 mm, and the diameter is 50, 65, or 70 mm, depending on the type. For emulsion recovery, the briquetting press can be equipped with a catch pan. In this way, coolants, cutting fluids, and lubricants can be collected and recovered. Non-ferrous metal chips up to approx. 20 mm in length are filled into the storage bin of the briquetting press. An agitator installed at the bottom of the bin prevents bridging and feeds the material into the pre-compaction chamber. In this chamber, a hydraulic slide compresses the material and pushes it into the press block. The main press cylinder compresses the material against a vertical slide until the set pressing pressure is reached. Afterwards, the vertical cylinder moves up and the finished, stable briquette is ejected. The more homogeneous the input material, the more uniform the length of the produced briquettes. Advantages of the briquetting process: • Reduction of volume by up to 90% • Emulsion recovery • Cost savings in storage and transport • Efficient disposal • Profitable resale Briquetting Press NEM 900: For briquetting aluminium chips Throughput: up to 350 kg/h maximum (material-dependent; chip length less than 10 mm) During the last test with aluminium chips less than 18 mm – approx. 260 kg/h *Further details available after a free test with your material .
