Weima Briquetting Press TH 714

The TH 714 machines are designed for operations requiring throughput rates of up to 150 kg/h. The robust press housing enables the production of high-density briquettes from materials such as wood, polystyrene, foams, light metals, paper, or biomass. Numerous additional options are feasible, such as an oil cooling system for multi-shift operation. All machines are available in left-hand or right-hand configurations. Installation on a stable base frame ensures quick setup and enables mobile use.

User-friendly operation thanks to Siemens PLC control

To fulfil our performance promise, we design and manufacture all control cabinets in-house at the Ilsfeld site, equipping them with components from renowned international brands. This guarantees the highest quality in a compact design. The Siemens PLC control system is perfectly tailored to the requirements of the briquetting process.

Contaminant-resistant feed screw via cardan suspension

The feed screw, which conveys material to the briquetting press pre-compactor, is suspended using a cardan joint. This prevents contaminants from damaging the feed screw. As is often the case, the specific application determines the most suitable suspension. For metal applications, for example, we often recommend rigidly mounted screws.
