Line Configuration:
- Semi-automatic cap remover: Used to remove caps from bottles.
- Infeed conveyor: Bottles are manually placed on this conveyor.
- Pre-rinse with cold water through nozzles: The first washing stage using cold water.
- Wash with warm water and detergent through nozzles: The second washing stage with 50°C water and detergent.
- Rinse with cold water and disinfectant through nozzles: The final washing stage using cold water and disinfectant.
- Filler outfeed conveyor: Bottles are filled here, two at a time.
