The CapSnap Adapta Series is a modular, integrated system for bottle washing, filling, and capping. It is the perfect solution for medium-sized HOD (Home & Office Delivery) water bottling operations. Designed for adaptability – these machines can be configured for 3-gallon and 5-gallon bottles. This complete system efficiently handles 300 – 600 BPH (bottles/hour).

Line Configuration:
- Semi-automatic cap remover: Used to remove caps from bottles.
- Infeed conveyor: Bottles are manually placed on this conveyor.
- Pre-rinse with cold water through nozzles: The first washing stage using cold water.
- Wash with warm water and detergent through nozzles: The second washing stage with 50°C water and detergent.
- Rinse with cold water and disinfectant through nozzles: The final washing stage using cold water and disinfectant.
- Filler outfeed conveyor: Bottles are filled here, two at a time.
- UV filter: Water is filtered through a UV filter integrated into the water inlet of the bottle.
- Transfer of filled bottles to the capper: Bottles are conveyed from the filler to the capper.
- Disinfection of caps by applying disinfectant at the bottleneck: Caps are disinfected and prepared for application.
- Capping cylinder: Caps are applied to the bottles here.
- Outfeed conveyor: Bottles are manually loaded onto pallets from here.

Each part of this system plays a specific role in the bottle filling process, and together they form a functional, used complete bottling line for water.
