Operating principle
Processing of timber for chalet construction / log house production.
Beams can be processed in a single pass.

• Cross-cutting
• Horizontal and vertical milling of notches/grooves in a single clamping

• Milling of end grooves

Workpiece:
• Max. cutting height: 200 mm
• Max. cutting width: 250 mm

Rugged welded steel construction.
Machine (horizontal and vertical milling units) equipped with 4 special milling motors, hardened and ground guides for maximum processing accuracy.
Carriage guided by dust-protected, preloaded ball bearing guide rollers.

Working range up to 200 x 250 mm. Fully operational, with contactor control system; motors protected by thermal relays.
Electrical equipment for 380 V, 50 Hz, with protective covers, central connection for customer-provided chip extraction system; includes 2 eccentric clamps; no milling tools (rebate cutter).
Features electro-hydropneumatic horizontal and vertical feed, synchronized with the start of the milling motors.
Rapid traverse and feed rate steplessly adjustable. Fully wired and installed, including air service unit.
Beams thicker than 14 cm must be processed in two passes; for these beams, the workpiece must be fed again to the extent of the excess thickness for further milling.
Machine guards over all moving parts with gas spring counterbalance.
