Operating Principle:
Processing of timber for chalet or log house construction
Beams can be processed in a single pass
- Cross-cutting
- Horizontal and vertical milling of necks / grooves in a single clamping
- Drilling
- Milling of end grooves

Workpiece:
- Max. cutting height: 200 mm
- Max. cutting width: 250 mm

Robust, welded construction. Machine (horizontal and vertical milling units) equipped with 4 special milling motors, hardened and ground guides for highest machining accuracy. Carriage guided by preloaded, dust-protected, ball-bearing rollers.

Working range up to 200 x 250 mm. Fully operational, with contactor control, motors protected by thermal relays.

Electrical equipment for 380 V, 50 Hz, with safety covers, central connection for customer-side chip extraction, 2 eccentric clamps, without milling tools (Falter).

Featuring hydropneumatic horizontal and vertical feed, electrically controlled, operating in tandem with spindle motors. Rapid traverse and feed continuously adjustable. Completely wired and installed, including air maintenance unit.

Beams thicker than 14 cm must be machined in two passes.
