It comes with a very special configuration. Originally, it was intended as a replacement robot at BMW for clear coat application on luxury car bodies. The robot was never used and is therefore in like-new condition. At BMW, these robots operated on a rail. For this reason, the controller is equipped with a large additional amplifier. The corresponding motor is included and can simply be connected directly to the robot itself, allowing for direct mounting onto the carriage. Godstu H Avopfx Acuekc Another notable feature of this robot is the built-in motor in the shoulder, which is used to control a gear pump. This allows for precise dosing on the robot without issue. The cable length between the robot and controller is 2x10m and is pluggable at the controller. This means you have 10 m of cable, e.g. routed through a drag chain from the rail, and then another 10 m, also pluggable, to the controller. This is another special feature. We provide a 1-year commissioning warranty. We can assist with transport and installation. The robot is mounted together with the controller, transport-ready, on a special pallet measuring 2500x800x1600mm. Currently, it is configured as a right-arm, right-handed unit, but this can be easily changed without any mechanical modifications. The unit is still located at our customer’s site, but can be viewed under power at Paintrobotics, given serious interest. For this, we would arrange to transport the unit from Frankfurt to our facility.

Another unique feature of this robot is that motors are installed in the shoulder to control two gear pumps, making 2-component mixing on the robot effortless. The robot was never actually put into operation. The operating hours accrued solely because the robot remained powered. The system operators (Enercon) have confirmed this. The actual Servo ON time is only 0.2 hours. The robot shows minor signs of contamination but is practically in mint condition. Unfortunately, the teach pendant and teach cable are heavily soiled, but they can be replaced if required. The cable length between the robot and the controller is 5 m and features a plug-in connection at the controller – another special feature. We provide a 1-year commissioning warranty.
