This is a robust machine that operates on compressed air and 220V; plug and play! It is extremely well-suited for small batch filling. Even a very small compressor is sufficient to operate the machine. If desired, a compressor can be supplied as well. We recommend a minimum of a 12L model.

The filling machine features a 1000ml cylinder, allowing a maximum fill per cycle of 1000ml. By running multiple cycles, larger volumes can also be dispensed—for example, 2500ml by dispensing 2 x 1250ml. The minimum fill per cycle is 100ml; any volume between 100 and 1000ml can be filled in a single cycle. We also have models available with cylinders up to 5000ml per cycle.

Equipped with a suction hose, the machine can draw directly from barrels or IBC tanks. It features a foot pedal and automatic mode. In automatic mode, the machine dispenses continuously, making it easy and fast to fill larger quantities. With the foot pedal, the operator can fill at their own pace.

Depending on the operator and the volume per fill, the machine can fill between 15-25 units per minute, making it a highly efficient solution. The machine weighs approximately 15-20 kg and can be easily placed on a table. Constructed entirely from stainless steel, it is a high-quality, durable filling machine.
