Function Description:

Once the loading tray moves into position at the exit of the press, the parts mat is pushed under the holding device. Using generated vacuum, the mat is held in place and then rotated by 180°.

Afterwards, the vacuum is shut off. The parts mat is now turned and the entire batch can be further processed directly on the turning device.

The batch is automatically discharged by the turner and placed at a secondary station for further processing.

Advantages:

• Increased production capacity through quick emptying of the press table
• Time and labor savings—as the coarse pre-cutting step is eliminated entirely
• Easier handling and inspection of the workpieces
• The film edges of 3D furniture fronts are protected since the film is not drawn over the edge of the furniture front
• Automatic discharge is optionally available, allowing the entire mat of parts to be cut out in a mat cutting machine
• Pins are preserved with this turning system, as cutting is not performed on the pin table

• Torsion-resistant welded frame construction for accommodating machine components
• Standard dimensions approx. 2800mm x 2220mm x 1200mm

• Turning table consisting of 9 arms with foam rubber coating
