The RBM 1500 is a brushing machine for foil-coated 3D furniture fronts.
The proven four-head rotary brush system removes excess glue overspray from the backs of furniture fronts and achieves optimal edge quality.
This result is accomplished as the disc brushes are pneumatically pressure-controlled and clean the backs of the fronts. The RBM 1500 is designed for a capacity of up to 2,000 parts per shift, making it the ideal brushing system for small and medium production volumes.
The RBM 1500 is equipped with automatic size and thickness detection for furniture fronts. This allows adjustment for random part loading with no downtime during processing. Its flexible control system enables brushing of rectangular and contoured parts.
Low-maintenance brushes and long service intervals ensure reduced production costs.
