Maurer Gép MF 200 Non-aseptic filler for 200L bags

The system is suitable for aseptically filling products into (200 L) bag-in-box pouches. The filler positioning mechanism facilitates the filling process by enabling the filling head to be positioned directly above the drums during operation. The bag-in-box pouch can be filled without air bubbles thanks to a vacuum tester and a pneumatic system, which lifts the pouch during the filling process to prevent the formation of air bubbles. The filling operation is fully automatic. Once the pouch is placed in the pouch holder, it is secured with two clamps (lifted) and the system opens the closure, applies a vacuum, checks the pouch for potential damage, fills the pouch, doses nitrogen as required, and then automatically seals the cap. The entire process can be controlled via a touchscreen interface.
