Our mobile 20-foot Sapi spray containers are made with a robust steel frame and welded wall and ceiling panels. Inside, we can add special aids such as cranes or lifting devices. The floor is constructed from checker plate. Both doors feature ventilation grilles fitted with fine-pore filter mats. For safety, one door is designed as an emergency exit and includes a viewing window. It is important to note that these are not simply converted shipping containers! We manufacture all of our containers from the ground up ourselves. We use only the most durable materials that meet all requirements and have been safety tested and proven. Standard shipping containers would not meet the required safety standards.

The integrated bucket elevator, which is firmly connected to the blasting cabinet, allows even the heaviest blasting media—such as stainless steel shot, cast steel, and other metallic abrasives—to be used without issue. Unlike competitor systems, the abrasive is not vacuumed back, but is conveyed via a flat conveyor system to the adjacent bucket elevator. The bucket elevator transports the material upwards and feeds it into the cyclone separator, where the blasting media is cleaned and returned to the blasting process. Our specially developed abrasive return and recycling system ensures continuous media supply at all times, independent of the extraction system's suction performance.
Thanks to the media return system and innovative fan technology, the blast cabinet has a very low energy requirement (0.75 kW fan motor). Since the abrasive is not vacuumed back, there is no need for an oversized extraction unit with high power consumption, as required by many competing systems.
For maximum blasting performance, the "MM 2010" pressure blasting cabinet is equipped with a 60-liter pressure vessel. This vessel includes a pressure regulator, allowing the blasting pressure to be continuously adjusted from 0.1 to 12 bar. For safe operation, a water separator is permanently installed on the blast vessel to protect the abrasive from moisture.
The blasting nozzle is made of highly wear-resistant boron carbide, enabling service lives of up to 1,000 hours depending on the abrasive used.
The blast chamber is lined with wear-resistant rubber, increasing abrasive service life and protecting the cabinet from wear. An air blow-off gun is installed for cleaning the blasted workpieces and blowing off the cabinet walls.
The permanently attached cartridge filter extraction unit ensures optimal visibility in the blast chamber and maximum service life for the blasting media. The dedusting unit features continuous automatic cleaning of the filter cartridges by means of compressed air pulses. This ensures long filter media service life and consistent extraction performance.
Loading of the blast chamber is via an angled front flap, which swings fully upwards. This enables loading of the blast cabinet by forklift or crane. The robust work grate can handle loads up to 500 kg.
To ensure optimum visibility in the blast chamber, two high-performance and energy-efficient LED lights are mounted on the cabinet roof. Their rooftop installation protects them from dust and wear.
The system is operated via a modern touch display. For safe operation, the blast cabinet is equipped with a door safety switch. The installed viewing windows are made from toughened safety glass and feature a protective foil to guard against wear.
