SAPI Premium Pressure Blasting Unit 200 Liters with Cyclone Separator and Abrasive Vacuum for Media Recycling. This blasting system offers a cost-effective, highly economical, and efficient solution for open blasting applications featuring semi-automatic abrasive media recycling.

Open blasting system for manual sandblasting of various types of workpieces, operated by a blasting operator with integrated abrasive recycling.

After blasting, the used abrasive is manually collected and pushed into the collection hopper on the floor. The abrasive vacuum extracts the media from the hopper and passes it through the cyclone separator. In this process, dust is extracted and collected in the vacuum's dust container, while oversized particles are removed by a sieve.

The cleaned abrasive returns to the ventilated pressure blasting vessel, ready for reuse.

Our SAPI safety shut-off ensures a safe and efficient blasting process. Remote control enables starting and stopping of the blast vessel via a hand lever mounted on the blast hose package.

This is a highly economical and efficient solution for open blasting operations with semi-automatic abrasive recycling.

Scope of delivery includes:

- SAPI Premium blasting vessel 200 liters with 1 1/4" piping, pressure regulation from 0.1 to 12 bar, max. operating pressure 12 bar
- High-performance water separator 1 1/4", permanently installed on the unit
- SAPI safety shut-off
- Cyclone separator for abrasive recycling with lifting device
