They are specifically designed for mobility, making them easy to transport and set up at different job sites. The booth is typically equipped with a ventilation system to ensure air quality, lighting, and a filtration system to prevent the escape of paint overspray.

Overview of design and features
Our mobile 20-foot Sapi spray containers are made with a robust steel frame and welded wall and ceiling panels. Inside, we can add special aids such as cranes or lifting devices. The floor is constructed from checker plate. Both doors feature ventilation grilles fitted with fine-pore filter mats. For safety, one door is designed as an emergency exit and includes a viewing window. It is important to note that these are not simply converted shipping containers! We manufacture all of our containers from the ground up ourselves. We use only the most durable materials that meet all requirements and have been safety tested and proven. Standard shipping containers would not meet the required safety standards.

Paint extraction system in the mobile spray container
The paint mist extraction wall for overspray separation is positioned in front of the rear wall and is equipped with multi-layer filter mats. The extraction wall consists of a galvanized housing, folded with baffles, including various suspension and fastening elements for filter mounting. The powerful and EX-protected extraction fan with drive motor is installed on a console on the outside of the rear wall of the container.

Next-generation mobile spray booths: Meeting EU requirements and advancing coating solutions
The new generation of mobile spray booths must comply with the highest EU standards. The introduction of new paint systems such as water-based coatings, polyurethane resins, epoxy zinc dust paints or epoxy iron mica coatings imposes stricter requirements on existing spray booths. This is why we have developed a new and unique mobile spray booth for the next generation of coating solutions.

An important criterion is the transport of workpieces for painting and further processing steps.
