Gamybos metai: 2020, būklė: naujas, The automatic car wash is a solution that allows you to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase the efficiency of the surface preparation process. The automatic car wash facility is equipped with a set of spray pumps. It is designed to ensure that as little liquid as possible remains after the process migrates to subsequent stages, saving money and improving wash quality. This is very important, as apparent savings in systems that operate without these solutions can lead to significantly higher costs in the future, related to chemicals and waste disposal, which will simply be higher. Attention should also be paid to issues regarding compliance with the required bath parameters. Research and development have enabled us to develop a car wash system with an optional component drying feature, where hot air is blown by a series of fans after the washing process is complete. The car wash is equipped with an advanced system for creating user-defined macro programs, which can consist of up to 10 steps per tank according to the number of tanks. Processes can be repeated, their order changed, and so forth. Each tank has its own symbol and name, enabling the operator to work intuitively. Optionally, the tanks can be equipped with bath replenishment systems, which can be carried out between processes or at the end of the cycle, for example. Iedpfx Acoflmdbjrsih • Controls installed on the swivel arm for better access • PLC microprocessor control • 7" touch operating panel • Significantly larger number of nozzles compared to other solutions • (Option) Ability to dry components after the washing process • Ability to create custom advanced programs • Advanced damper system made from acid-resistant sheet metal, double-protected by limit switches • Monitoring system for secure sealing and opening of the full flap • To minimize fluid mixing: separate piping, nozzles, and tanks for each treatment • Intelligent control – in the event of a power failure or sudden shutdown, fluid mixing is not possible • Fully automatic operation Prices are specified in the catalog.

ROMER high-pressure cleaners utilize sheet metal panels for chemical protection. The wash walls offer splash protection, and thanks to the closed chemical circulation system, the process can be carried out with minimal chemical usage. Due to the low amount of refrigerant required, the medium is easy to heat and inexpensive to purchase. Additionally, you can clean large-sized components that cannot be washed in immersion tanks. Iijdpfxjflpmqj Acroh Filtration System Thanks to the filtration system, chemicals circulate in a closed loop—three filters of various thicknesses are used to prevent debris and grease from entering the system. Chemicals are stored in heated stainless steel tanks and are pressurized by a pump, delivering them to the lance. Washing Dimensions The high-pressure cleaner enables the washing of large components. An optional rotating platform allows the cleaned item to be turned; items can be loaded using a forklift or crane. High-pressure pumps The washing system comprises two preparation phases. Both treatments have independent sets of pipelines, pumps, cables, and spray guns to minimize mixing during phase changeover. Drains have dedicated valves for controlling fluid recovery. The car wash is equipped with logical control that manages all components. Chemicals are pumped by a highly durable, acid-resistant AISI304 multi-stage pump (3 kW, 20 bar). For the rinsing phase, a high-pressure plunger pump with ceramic plungers (3 kW) is used, delivering 160–200 bar of pressure.
