This operational, assembled, walk-in JUMBO blast cabin offers a comprehensive solution for efficient blasting operations. Equipped with 2 LED chamber lights, it provides optimal illumination of the work area. The double-winged door allows easy access and handling of larger workpieces, while the blast protection rubber on the walls protects the interior from wear and extends the lifespan of the cabin.

For air filtration and dust reduction, the cabin is fitted with a high-performance cartridge filter and an impact separator, ensuring a clean working environment. The flat conveyor system in the floor with grating cover ensures automatic return transport of abrasive media, and the electric drive unit for the conveyor system guarantees smooth operation.

Additionally, the cabin features a bucket elevator and a high-performance abrasive recycling unit to process and reuse blasting media efficiently. The pressure blast vessel with a 38-liter capacity offers ample volume for extended work cycles. A 10-meter blasting hose and a long-life boron carbide nozzle are also included, ensuring optimal blasting results.
