With the IPE double filtration system, two filter stages ensure a maximum separation efficiency of up to 99%. The cardboard labyrinth filter initially captures significantly more overspray (up to 18 kg/m² of filter area) than conventional filter mats due to its folded filter pockets. The downstream fiberglass secondary filter captures only the finest residual particles.

As a guideline, depending on the type of paint used, the cardboard labyrinth filter has a service life of approximately 150 to 200 spraying hours. The fiberglass filter only needs to be replaced after about 900 to 1200 spraying hours, which corresponds to every 5th or 6th cardboard filter change.

Easy Paint also features a lower intake opening to quickly and safely capture solvent vapors at floor level or from recessed work pits.

Thanks to this additional lower intake, Easy Paint can also be connected to a floor pit or floor tray for sub-floor extraction. The front-insert filter cassette also makes filter changes easy in this configuration.
