ILAPAK DELTA 3000

The Delta 3000, right-hand version, stainless steel by ILAPAK is a modular horizontal flow pack machine, PC-controlled, equipped with four independent servomotors. It is designed for hermetic sealing of packages, enabling high-speed packaging both in Modified Atmosphere Packing (MAP) and in standard atmospheric conditions.

The machine features a "no product – no bag" function and a product misalignment detection system.

Long dwell sealing jaws with oval motion ensure hermetic seals on various types of films.

Adjustable gas pressure and flow via a regulating and shut-off valve.

Sealing rollers with pneumatic pressure adjustment system.

Adjustable forming box.

Sealing jaw width: 345 mm

Pack air removal unit (pneumatic, single piston tamper) with adjustable height and a design allowing for quick and easy sponge replacement.

"Small product trap" function – jaw gap closure system at the sealing jaw area.
