1 HESS fitting drilling station for corner bearings and olives

This Hess drilling station offers extensive drilling technology for little money, especially designed for craftsmen. It is a complete station for drilling corner bearings and olives, equipped with all essential features such as two clamping cylinders, drilling depth sensing, efficient extraction, stop systems for both corner bearing and olive drilling, drill head with quick-change chuck, adjustable feed speed, and automatic program control. This means optimal technology for perfect results: just one machine with a single drilling unit and a single drill head for two operations.

The system:
- Base frame as work wall for sashes and frames up to 100 mm
- Centrally positioned drilling unit, height-adjustable manually via threaded spindle
- Drill hole position and depth are preset for the given fitting type, and are adjustable for different models via a stop system
- Drilling feed speed can be variably adjusted via throttle valve
- Direct extraction system
- Electro-pneumatic control system with automatic program sequence for: workpiece clamping – drill motor on – drilling unit forward – drilling – drilling unit back – drill motor off – release workpiece clamp
- Fixed stop systems
