Function features:
Machine for horizontal flooding of single parts. The product is applied via a row of nozzles. Excess product is blown off by air jets.
The pump and the air jets are automatically controlled and are only activated when a workpiece is passing through. This reduces compressed air consumption. The recirculation mode ensures minimal product usage.

Construction features:
Structure
Robust steel frame, painted with high-strength, water-soluble products.
Machine body made of thick, hot-welded polypropylene panels.
4 independent chambers for infeed, flooding, blowing, and outfeed.

Horizontal workpiece feed
Via motor-driven grooved plastic rollers.
Electric inverter for adjusting and changing the feed speed.

Transmission
The machine is equipped with an exclusive system that positions all transmission components outside the flooding chamber for easy operator access, ensuring longer operating life and facilitating maintenance operations.
Moving components are protected by covers and appropriate seals.

Recirculation pump
Pneumatic double diaphragm pump with valves, seals, and diaphragms made of nitrile rubber, and a housing made of plastic material (PVDF).

Air jets
The first chamber features an air-blow system to prevent product leakage.
A second air-blow system after the flooding chamber removes excess product from the workpiece.

Electrical control panel
According to CE, protection class IP 55. Includes inverter for setting the feed speed.
