Standartinėje įrangoje įdiegta motorizuota atraminių kanalų keitimo sistema. Vartotojui draugiška valdymo programa užtikrina greitą perjungimą, o įrenginys leidžia išsaugoti daugiau nei 100 skirtingų denių ir padėklų nustatymų. Naudojami Bostitch vinių pistoletai su didelės talpos vinių ritinių magazinais su indikatoriais. Galimybė gaminti ir asimetriškus deninius/atramos padėklus. Lankstūs lentų kasetės laikikliai. Apsauginis gaubtas užtikrina triukšmo slopinimą bei saugų veikimą. Visas įrenginys valdomas 10 colių lietimui jautriame ekrane, naudojama Beckhoff valdymo sistema. Speeds are infinitely adjustable for both forward and reverse operation. Maximum workpiece width approx. 410 mm. The system is in excellent condition, with only around 180 operating hours, and is therefore considered as good as new. This surface machine was only used as a backup line in a parquet production and was deployed only for specific surface techniques, hence the very low operating hours. That means the line was used only sporadically between 2019–2022. In 2023, our company downsized, and the system has been stored since then—immediately available and therefore in almost mint condition! We no longer require this system and are therefore selling it. Die Foudila Decknagelmaschine DNM-153 ist eine kompakte, flexible und leistungsstarke Maschine zur Herstellung von Palettenbrettern mit einem hervorragenden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Dank ihrer hohen Produktionsgeschwindigkeit, dem benutzerfreundlichen Design und den Brettmagazinen mit großem Puffer eignet sich die Maschine ideal für die Fertigung von Standard- und Sonderprodukten sowohl in Klein- als auch Großserien – und das mit nur einem Bediener. Pro Schicht können über 1.000 Decks gefertigt werden. Die Maschine ist mit drei Nagelgeräten ausgestattet, die mit Magazinen für große Nagelrollen bestückt werden. Jedes Nagelbild kann 1–3 Nägel enthalten; auf Wunsch ist auch das Umbiegen (Clinchen) der Nägel möglich.
