Oy Foudila Ab is a company based in Kaskinen, Finland, with over 45 years of experience in developing equipment for wood processing. For the past 15 years, we have also been active in the pallet industry, having developed numerous machines for nailing, automatic wood feeding, and stacking. We manufacture both standard machines and custom solutions tailored to our customers’ requirements.

Foudila Deck Nailing Machine DNM-153
The Foudila Deck Nailing Machine DNM-153 is a compact, versatile, and efficient system for producing boards for the pallet industry – offering excellent value for money. Thanks to its high production speed, user-friendly design, and large board magazines, the machine is ideally suited for manufacturing both standard and special products, in small or large series – with only one operator required. Over 1,000 decks can be produced per shift.

The machine is equipped with three nailing units, each fitted with large coil nail magazines. Each nail pattern can feature 1–3 nails and can be stapled if necessary. Boards are loaded into large-capacity magazines – three cassettes for block/bottom boards and one cassette for deck/top boards. Machine control and programming are performed via modern, user-friendly software on a 10" touchscreen with Beckhoff control system.

Its compact design requires only a minimal footprint in your production area and allows for quick and straightforward installation, as it can be delivered fully preassembled.

The machine can, of course, be equipped with a finished product conveyor, an automatic stacker, and an automatic board feeder. These options can also be retrofitted, enabling you to make gradual investments.

Die Foudila Decknagelmaschine DNM-153 ist eine kompakte, flexible und leistungsstarke Maschine zur Herstellung von Palettenbrettern mit einem hervorragenden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Dank ihrer hohen Produktionsgeschwindigkeit, dem benutzerfreundlichen Design und den Brettmagazinen mit großem Puffer eignet sich die Maschine ideal für die Fertigung von Standard- und Sonderprodukten sowohl in Klein- als auch Großserien – und das mit nur einem Bediener. Pro Schicht können über 1.000 Decks gefertigt werden. Cjdpfeyl Tr Nox Af Aegt Die Maschine ist mit drei Nagelgeräten ausgestattet, die mit Magazinen für große Nagelrollen bestückt werden. Jedes Nagelbild kann 1–3 Nägel enthalten; auf Wunsch ist auch das Umbiegen (Clinchen) der Nägel möglich. Die Bretter werden in Magazinen mit hohem Puffer zugeführt – drei Kassetten für Kantholz/Unterbretter und eine Kassette für Deck/Obenbretter. Gesteuert und programmiert wird die Anlage über eine moderne, benutzerfreundliche Software-Oberfläche am 10’’-Touchscreen mittels Beckhoff-Steuerung. Durch die kompakte Bauweise benötigt die Maschine nur wenig Stellfläche und kann schnell und einfach installiert werden, da sie vollständig montiert geliefert werden kann. Optional kann die Maschine mit einem Förderband für Fertigprodukte, einem automatischen Stapler und einer automatischen Brettzuführung ausgestattet werden. Diese Optionen lassen sich auch nachträglich installieren und ermöglichen somit eine schrittweise Investition.
