Sawmill for Sale:

The production line starts with a Bongioanni band saw and a Costa Multiprisma saw.
Thanks to their design, they are suitable for processing both softwood and hardwood species.
The price includes all machine lines, auxiliary equipment (dust extraction, recycling machines), as well as the necessary saw blades and spare parts. The sawmill can be inspected in Cegléd, Hungary by prior arrangement.

1. Production Line:
- 1-1 Log yard with log feeder
- 1-2 Costa Multiprisma: 280 twin-shaft prismatic log turner, 60-80 m³/8h depending on wood type and diameter
- 1-3 Roller conveyor with ejector
- 1-4 Custom-built cross-cut saw: for single-size cuts, adjustable sizing
- 1-5 Conveyor belts for chip and scrap transport
- 1-6 Drum chipper
- 1-7 Chipper conveyor systems: screw conveyor, bucket elevator, chute, for direct loading into railcar/truck

2. Production Line:
- 2-1 Log storage with log feeder
- 2-2 Log conveyor with ejector
- 2-3 Intermediate log buffer with log feeder
- 2-4 Bongioanni log band saw and carriage, 1300 digital control, multiple pre-set sizes, blade deviation sensor, laser guide, 25-45 m³/8h depending on wood type, diameter, and cutting pattern
- 2-5 Roller conveyor with ejectors
- 2-6 Cross conveyor with log feeder
- 2-7 Storti TGS-78 cross-cut saw: digital control, three saw units for double size cutting capability
- 2-8 Roller conveyor with graders
- 2-9 Intermediate prism storage
- 2-10 Roller conveyor
- 2-11 Costa Leopard II series optimising saw, dual-shaft automatic feed and power control
- 2-12 Roller conveyor with ejector and sorting table
- 2-13 Conveyor belts for chip and scrap removal
- 2-14 Drum chipper
