Aprašymas
The existing window painting line was in full operation until 19.12.2025, inclusive. The system is currently still connected to the electrical power supply but will be replaced by a new robotic painting system over the turn of the year.
The goal is to find a suitable subsequent user who will professionally dismantle and transport the complete installation at the beginning of the coming year on their own responsibility.
Description of the System Concept

Loading and unloading of the crossbeams with window frames and sashes is carried out via a lift-lower station, which allows for ergonomic and process-safe feeding of the system.
Impregnation and priming of the workpieces takes place in a vertical flood booth. The coating is applied using the flooding method through vertically arranged spray nozzles. This is followed by a draining and drying zone, during which the crossbeams are guided in an inclined position.
The first drying tunnel has a buffer capacity of approx. 40 crossbeams. Drying is performed with warm air, generated by a hot water system with a supply temperature of approx. 85°C.
A transfer unit allows the workpieces to be optionally routed either for a second impregnation/priming pass or directly to the subsequent coating booth.
The coating system is a lift stand with integrated electrostatic application (E-Statik). Coating is applied on one side, complemented by an automated turning unit, allowing the workpieces to be re-fed into the spray booth for a repeated coating pass.
The second drying tunnel has a buffer capacity of approx. 50 crossbeams. Here too, drying is performed with warm air via hot water at a supply temperature of approx. 85°C.
A buffer section after the second drying tunnel with a capacity of approx. 25 crossbeams serves as a transfer area to the unloading station.
