They move at a right angle to the material, ensuring optimal clamping positioning. • Thanks to the height control of the saw band position, the operator can place the blade close to the top edge of the material. After the cut, the band automatically returns to its previous position. Alternatively, 'remain' at the lower position can be selected. During the cutting cycle, the software compares the sawing load with the preset value. Thus, the sawing system can be stopped in the event of irregularities. The tension is automatically released after a preset time if the machine is idle or after completion of a cycle. • Automatic version with CNC control in X-TECH 900 / 1200 models, with a feed length of 500 mm, available for high-volume production series. • The material is supported by a table with seven rollers, driven by a hydraulic orbital motor, ensuring precise positioning even under maximum load. • All guided movements are driven by four recirculating ball guides, designed for high static and dynamic load capacity, significantly reducing feed friction.
