Equipment:

The boring table/rotary table/milling table has been mechanically and electrically overhauled. The following work has been carried out:
- Integration of a digital measuring system for the X-axis and an encoder for the C-axis
- Integration of a control via operating panel
- Renewal of hydraulic pipes/hoses, fittings, pressure gauges, flow restrictors, and filters
- Re-bedding of both axis gearboxes
- Renewal of axis gearbox seals
- New control cabinet and complete rewiring of machine
- Limit switches cleaned, checked, set, and defective limit switches replaced
- Frequency inverter retrofitted for stepless speed control
- Cracked gearbox housing repaired by cast locking
- Renewal of guideway wipers (overhaul of guideway covers including new wipers)
- Feed gearbox cleaned and resealed
- Feed motor re-bedded
- New paintwork
