AMTEC VFFS-SYS LP 50-M ECO

Complete dosing and packaging system for liquids, including tank, pump, and discharge conveyor belt. Suitable for both viscous and non-viscous liquids such as creams, toothpaste, body lotion, shampoo, mayonnaise, ketchup, honey, jam, cooking oil, vinegar, juice, milk, etc. The vertical packaging machine (VFFS) is equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen operating monitor, available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), date coder, automatic program setup, registration mark sensor, quick-change forming set, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor for film transport, dual transport possible, air separation/extraction device (removes air from the pouch before sealing – does not create a vacuum), holder for heavy finished pouches, Euro hole punching unit, compatible with OPP and PE film (PE unit optionally at extra cost).
