AMTEC VFFS-SYS MHW 50-M ECO

Complete vertical packaging system version with 10-head multihead weigher (1.3 l/head), Z-bucket conveyor, platform, discharge conveyor belt, and collection table for finished, packaged products. Suitable for packaging irregular bulk materials such as potato chips, cornflakes, biscuits, nuts, confectionery, shrimp, industrial components or products like screws, nails, metal or plastic parts. The vertical form fill seal (VFFS) packaging machine is equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen control panel, available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, registration mark sensor, quick-change forming unit, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor for film transport, double film feed possible, air evacuation device (removes air from the bag prior to sealing—no vacuum generation), support device for heavy finished bags, euro hole punching unit, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE unit may be subject to additional charge).

The weighing unit, with its 10 weighing heads (1.3l/head), delivers high weighing accuracy. Also equipped with a PLC, operation via touchscreen (available in various languages), 99 programs can be preset and stored, the servo motor (storage head) can be adjusted/adapted for different product types.

Speed is adjustable. Table diameter: 1200mm (standard); Stainless steel 304; 220V, 0.37kW. Stainless steel platform necessary for access to the weighing unit and upper section of the packaging machine, dimensions LxWxH: approx. 2x2x2m. Complete system dimensions: approx. L3200xW3200xH3600mm, depending on final configuration. In general, the system must be adapted to customer-/product-specific requirements.
