AMTEC VFFS-SYS AF 50-M ECO

Complete version of the vertical packaging system with auger dosing unit, screw conveyor, and discharge conveyor belt. Suitable for packaging powder-like products with high or low flowability. The vertical packaging machine (VFFS) comes equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen operator monitor, available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, mark sensor, quick-change forming unit, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor for film transport, double transport capability, air separation/extraction device (removes air from the bag before sealing – no vacuum is created), support device for heavy finished bags, Eurohole punching device, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE unit may incur a surcharge).

- Specifications of the auger dosing unit: Filling capacity up to 50 l (hopper); filling range: 10–300 g; max. idle machine cycle rate: 60 cycles/min; accuracy: ±0.3~1.5% (depending on product); 380V, 1 kW; dosing unit dimensions LxWxH: 510 x 585 x 930 mm; weight: 100 kg.

Screw conveyor for automatic material transport to the dosing unit. The vibration motor ensures an even product flow. Feed hopper with up to 150 liter volume. Size depends on the final customer-specific system.

- Specifications: Hopper, conveyor length, and angle can be customized according to customer/product requirements. Total dimensions depend accordingly. Conveyor length: 3~4 m; stainless steel 304; conveying speed: 3.0 m³/h – 12.0 m³/h; 380V, 0.8 kW–4.1 kW; weight: 130 kg – 270 kg. Specifications may vary. Support bar available as an option. The discharge conveyor features a stainless steel frame.

Dimensions of the complete system: approx. L2280 x W3100 x H2330 mm, depending on final configuration. The system generally needs to be adapted to customer- and product-specific requirements, which may lead to deviations in the module and machine specifications provided. Main components: Coloured SIEMENS touchscreen display, SIEMENS PLC controller, SIEMENS servomotor, AIRTAC cylinder, AIRTAC solenoid valve, OMRON relay, SIEMENS film transport servomotor.

The machine/system is also available in further versions for various packaging sizes and packaging speeds.
