Complete version of the vertical packaging system with auger dosing unit, screw conveyor, and discharge conveyor belt. Suitable for packaging powder-like products with high or low flowability. The vertical packaging machine (VFFS) comes equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen operator monitor, available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, mark sensor, quick-change forming unit, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor for film transport, double transport capability, air separation/extraction device (removes air from the bag before sealing – no vacuum is created), support device for heavy finished bags, Eurohole punching device, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE unit may incur a surcharge).
